“I started with Erica when I was almost 300lb and started to train for a marathon. First, I did a 1/2 marathon and of course did everything wrong and knew I needed professional help.
Then Erica walked into my shop one day. She was so excited for me and my running journey when we talked, so I messaged her and ask if she would take me on. Boy, did this change my life! I’m now 200lb and went from a 16:53min to 10.55min per mile.
